Paperheld is made by one person, Christopher Atkinson. If something isn't working, or you have a question, email hello@paperheld.app. I read every message and aim to reply within [2 working days].

It helps to say which phone you have and what you were doing when it went wrong. Please don't send your writing: I don't need it to help.

If you're struggling

Paperheld is not a crisis service, and nobody reads your writing. If you need to talk to someone now:

• In the UK and Ireland, Samaritans are there any time on 116 123, free.
• Elsewhere, findahelpline.com lists free, confidential services near you.
• In an emergency, call 999 in the UK, or your local emergency number.

A reflection that was wrong or unkind

Reflections are written by AI, and they can get things wrong. Use Report this reflection under the reflection in the app. It tells me straight away, and you can choose whether to share the reflection so I can look at it.

Your pass

Google Play sells and bills the Paperheld pass. To cancel or change it, go to Google Play subscriptions. You keep the pass until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
